President Obama signs H.R. 2892 - protecting surviving Family Members of family-based and employment-based petitions

President Obama signs Immigration Legislation providing protection to surviving family members if the petitioner or the principal beneficiary dies. No more automatic revocation of family-based or employment based petition. Could adjust status, if within United States.
